The DMC Sinai-Grace Diabetes Outpatient Education Program provides a free “Feeling Fit With Diabetes” discussion and support group for anyone who wants to learn more about living well with diabetes.
The group meets on a monthly basis. Details include:
- Meets every second Wednesday of the month, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
- Complimentary snacks provided for all attendees
- Registration required
- Monthly raffle
