Breast Augmentation, Reduction or Lift: A surgical procedure that enhances the size and shape of the breast for personal reasons. It can also be used to balance a difference in breast size, reconstruct a breast following surgery or correct deformities. (top)
Endoscopic Brow Lift: Uses a less-invasive technique than traditional brow lifts to create a more-youthful appearance. An endoscope, or flexible tube, is used during surgery, allowing smaller incisions and faster healing. It is especially helpful for patients with insufficient hair to conceal scarring. Because this procedure requires such small incisions, side effects are reduced. (top)
Eyelid Surgery: Called blepharoplasty, this procedure removes fat and excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. It can correct drooping upper lids and puffy bags below the eyes that make you look older and may even interfere with your vision. However, it won’t remove crow’s feet or other wrinkles, eliminate dark circles or lift sagging eyebrows. Eyelid surgery can be done alone or in conjunction with other facial surgery procedures, such as facelift or browlift. (top)
Nose Surgery: Also called rhinoplasty, nasal surgery may be performed for cosmetic purposes or to improve both form and function. It can alleviate nasal breathing problems or correct deformities from birth or injury. (top)
Face or Neck Lift: As people age, the effects of gravity, sun exposure and stress can be seen in their faces. Deep creases form between the nose and mouth, the jaw line grows slack and jowly and folds and fat deposits appear around the neck. A facelift can turn back the clock, improving the most visible signs of aging. It can remove excess fat, tighten muscles and re-drape the skin. A facelift can be done alone or with other procedures, such as a forehead lift, eyelid surgery or nose reshaping. (top)
Ultrasound-Assisted Liposuction (UAL): Combines new patented technology with advanced surgical techniques to sculpt the body and remove unwanted fat deposits. UAL uses ultrasound energy to break up and emulsify fat, leaving surrounding nerves, blood vessels and tissue relatively intact. Patients report minimal pain and bruising. Because of the technology used, physicians can work with such precision that they can shape delicate areas like the inner thighs, arms, chin and neck. (top)
Vaser® Power X Liposculpturing: The Power X is a new power-assisted liposuction device. The PowerX System utilizes a powered handpiece that causes the attached cannula to rotate based on predetermined angle and speed settings, allowing physicians to quickly debulk large areas of fat. The unique rotational motion generated by the system and multiple user settings enable optimal control during the procedure and reduce aspiration time and physician fatigue.
