  Chief Executive Officer: Paula R. Autry, FACHE  

Paula R. Autry, FACHE, was named CEO of DMC Sinai-Grace in July, 2014. Autry formerly served as Chief of Staff and Vice President of Strategic Planning for Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. and President of Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Autry replaced former Sinai-Grace Hospital CEO Dr. Reginald Eadie, who now holds the position of CEO of DMC Harper/Hutzel Hospital and Detroit Receiving Hospital. 

Autry leads Sinai-Grace's hospital operations, planning and financial performance and works closely with hospital leadership to propel the hospital forward in accordance to its mission. Autry has a track record of developing and leading operational improvements in non-profit, academic and faith-based health care organizations.
 Autry earned a bachelor's in pre-medicine at the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN, and an MBA and MHA at Tulane University, New Orleans, LA.

London A. Quicci, MSA
            

London A. Quicci was named COO of DMC Sinai-Grace in May 2015. He has extensive experience in hospital leadership, and a long track record of success in a wide variety of roles and environments, most recently serving as the Administrator of the DMC Surgery Hospital in Madison Heights. From 2009 – 2013, he served as Sinai-Grace's Associate Vice President of Support Services. 

Quicci also served as the DMC Regional Vice President of Surgical Services where he was selected to enhance and unify Surgical Services for the Detroit market. 
Quicci served in the United States Army from 1986 – 1990 and has been in the United States Army Reserves since 1990. He received a bachelor of arts in Business Leadership from Baker College and a Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University. Quicci is also a Six Sigma Green Belt and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.      
 
Chief Nursing Officer: Sue-Ellen Bennett, MSN, RN

Sue-Ellen served as the Associate Vice President of Patient Services at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital prior to being appointed as Sinai-Grace's Chief Nursing Officer in August 2016. She has over 25 years of nursing leadership experience within the Detroit Medical Center organization, including interim CNO at DMC Detroit Receiving Hospital and DMC Sinai-Grace. She earned  her undergraduate Nursing degree from University of Phoenix and a MSN from University of Detroit Mercy. Sue-Ellen is recognized as a collaborative leader that is committed to giving nursing a voice in the delivery of care to patients. 

           
  Chief Medical Officer: Binesh Patel, M.D.
           

Dr. Binesh Patel is the CMO for two of DMC’s hospitals, Sinai-Grace in Detroit and Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Commerce, Michigan. As CMO, Dr. Patel oversees the clinical direction of both hospitals, compliance for all accreditation organizations, and all aspects of hospital quality and safety.

Prior to 2016 he served as CMO at DMC Detroit Receiving Hospital and has held various clinical administrative positions within DMC including ACLS Medical Director, EMS Medical Director, and Vice-chief of the Huron Valley emergency department. As an emergency staff physician, Dr. Patel served as Medical Director for Region 2 North Healthcare Coalition for emergency preparedness where he led the second largest coalition comprised of 29 hospitals. He completed his emergency medicine residency through Wayne State University’s School of Medicine in Detroit after receiving a medical degree from Medical College of Ohio in Toledo and an undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. Dr. Patel is also a graduate of the Tenet Health Care Leadership Academy.

 
  Associate Vice President of Marketing & Customer Service: Renee Shimmel

Renee Shimmel is the associate vice president of marketing and customer service at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital.  She oversees marketing, public relations, customer service, patient relations, spiritual care, volunteer services and information desk services.

Shimmel joined the Detroit Medical Center in 2005. Prior to that, she was the vice president of communications for the Michigan Association of CPAs and the director of marketing and PR for Henry Ford Bi-County Hospital. She earned her bachelor's degree from Wayne State University and her master's degree from Michigan State University. She was born and raised in Detroit on the eastside near Detroit City Airport.

  Chief Financial Officer: Danielle Porter 

Danielle was appointed Sinai-Grace's Chief Financial Officer in 2014. Prior to this position, Danielle had served as Controller overseeing all financial aspects for Sinai-Grace Hospital including Budget, Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis, Accounting and Revenue Cycle functions. 

Danielle has been working in the Detroit Market for 23 years with various other roles in Accounting, Budget, Financial Analysis, Reimbursement and Managed Care including time at Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital, Children's Hospital of Michigan and the Detroit Market Office.

Danielle has her Bachelors in Public Administration and Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration.  

  Director of Human Resources Operations: Joi Little, MBA

Joi leads the SGH HR Service Center, working with the on-site leadership team as well as partners with Sinai-Grace HR leaders and the DMC HR leadership teams.

Joi was appointed Director of HR Operations in 2014. She has been employed at the Detroit Medical Center/Sinai-Grace Hospital her entire career and has worked in several HR roles including, recruiter, generalist and HR business consultant. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care from Oakland University.
