Lately we've been re-introducing DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital to the community as "new." We've invested millions in high-tech equipment, comfortable facilities and customer service training for our staff. Customer satisfaction ratings are going up and the quality awards are rolling in.
But "new" doesn't quite do us justice...
- Our 2,500 employees and 800 physicians have excellent credentials and uncounted decades of experience at providing high-quality patient care.
- Our advances care treats nearly every type of medical condition for adults.
- Our Level II-certified Emergency Department handles all types of trauma cases - more than 84,000 a year.
So while we do brag about the many recent improvements we've made, we like to think we're better than new.
